Sometimes when I'm down,
I think of a moment that made me happy,
and I try to remember what it felt like.
When I first saw Katara crash into Zuko
it made me very happy!
It was just so beautiful.
And then they hold each other for a sweet moment. He's happy she has forgiven him, and she's happy because she was right about this guy. And he's a part of their family now. 
Maybe when Zuko or Katara have a bad day ... they remember that hug, that moment, when they were happy.
I owe this happy memory to Avatar: The Last Airbender. Good show!!!!
